Mission Accomplished !

Assalamualaikum, hello guys! I'm slowly getting back into the groove of blogging. Can you see that? I'm keeping my word. *cough* after few months *cough*

So anyway... *should have probably blog about it a couple of months ago but yeah mind that* & & & I went for my sister's graduation in England. Syukur Alhamdulillah, although it was a long and tiring journey, i felt very contented that cousin and sister would have come all the way from London to fetch us at the airport. (it took us about an hour and half journey) so, glad to say there's no pending luggage, no delayed flight or whatnot because we once had a bad experience transit in Schipol, Amsterdam. Been walking towards the end just to get to the boarding halls. they have 165 boarding halls there.. so yeah. And it's such a hassle for us to drag along our hand luggage (laptop especially) and we have to wait for our pending luggage about 3 hours due to heavy snowfalls during that time (last 2years) so-much-of-experience har har har. So family decided to book a direct flight back and forth. And although jet lag threatened to overwhelm us, i'm glad MAS did provide a good services. (innit!) I had traveled with KLM before but came across to find out the food does not meet Islamic dietary. it is not halal, to be precise. sigh. Alhamdulillah after 18 hours bumpy journey, we'd safely landed at Heathrow Airport and we spent few days in London (cousin sister's place). Before headed to Nottingham.

We went to lovely place, indeed, Paris, for a short gateway. Away from the hectic-ness and busy-ness of London (okay I exaggerated it too much, aren't I?) Well of course we do feel the heat of Olympic. Since family decided not to be in London during Olympic so we went back few days before it started. Mind the fact that sister's working for Olympic. She met Coldplay and she was at the stadium during the rehearsal. *headbanging* So where were I stopped just now. hm okay Underground and others public transportation has suddenly become so crowded compared to the past 2 years (I have no idea where are all these midget's coming from.)
It's 9 pm during this time.

MasyaAllah.. that is the only words I could describe about France. MasyaAllah for the uncivilized peoples.  (you've got to experience it by yourself!) MasyaAllah for the beautiful experience I had in Paris. Waking up to the view of Eiffel Tower is such a wonderful moment happened in my life. In 4 days we'd covered all the tourist attraction and sightseeing. Went to Champs-Elysees and of course Mom wouldn't wanna missed out her shopping session. It is such a heaven place to shop! It's more likely like Pavillion but there's no rempit along the street, CLEARLY.  So tell me where did you get your habit from? I got it from my Mama.  okay i'm so cloud nine that I could possibly blogging, singing and eating at the same time. I'm a multitasker. Hehehe *chipmunkdance* so in short, we went to Moulin Rouge, Lourve Museum, Eiffel Tower, Champagne Region, Mont Saint, Loire Valley Castle, Palace of Versailles knowingly pronounce as Chateau de Versailles. And a must place to shop in every country we came across to travel ;Hard Rock Cafe. I always remind myself not to over shop, just bought another t-shirts to add on into my collections. Constantly doing what Mom is basically did when she was at my age. *raise hand!!*

It's such a blissful to see your sister graduated with such a big smile on her face, and mom as well. hihi. Since my sister is the only Malay girl in the graduation hall, we'd been receiving a lots of bizarre stare and a flattering smile because Mom worn her chanel Kebaya that day. It's good to represent Malay culture in English country. Hehe. We had cocktail session after the ceremony. Have a lil chit chat with sister's colleagues, housemates and lecturers. Everything is good. The ceremony was fine. Alhamdulillah..

Anyway, I had these unforgettable moment in which, I had experienced a couple days of Ramadan in England. 18 hours of fasting. 6 hours for iftar and sahur. It is such a challenging moment above all. It has been oddly difficult but I'm glad to say that we managed to kill the time by doing some 'last minute shopping' pergi 2 bags,  balik 4 bags. everyone did the same *justify* alhamdulillah I spurged my money buying things I really want (good for me) because I tend to purchase things on impulse. *big sigh*  The only place I look forward to go is Bicester Village, Oxford. It's more likely like JPO ( Johor Premium Outlet ) but Bicester Village is 2x huuuuuge than JPO. and everything is cheaaaap! (you've got to claim VAT as well) that is the good thing about it. *shop till drop* spent few hours on Safar's fav brand especially Ralph Lauren.. aaah wish I'd could captured everything on earth with Safar. insyaAllah one day I'll ask him to sponsor my flight ticket to Oxford and buy our hantaran there, ecewah. muehehe. So since I had been leaving him for a month, Skype is the only medium to stay connected with him every day and night. He utterly knows how to handle this long distance relationships. Aaah, Nur'Fatihah is truly lucky. That is what Mom always told me. I am, I am wise with experience I've undergone & I couldn't ask for more. Syukur..
Heading back to the place where I belong. Ecewah

Even so, I still couldn't cop up with jet lag although I'd tried to move around the flight, had coffee and all, it doesn't much helping though, (it took me a week to recover!) BUT BUT once I touched down KLIA. Some kind of familiar face is staring right into my eyes. Guess who? Mr. Safar. He came all the way from Damansara to fetch us at the airport. The best thing to see at the airport is a familiar smiling face waiting for you at the departure hall right after your 18hours direct flight. I love you to bits...... ;)

p/s : insyaAllah the next time around, if i happen to visit Paris again, I'll make sure that I'll bring old key lock with Safar and my name in it and lock it at the bridge. insyaAllah :)
